The Gap

Most are experimenting. Few are winning.

McKinsey · State of AI, 2025
88%

of companies now use AI regularly.

PwC Global CEO Survey, 2026
12%

of CEOs have seen an impact on both costs and revenue.

Professionals struggle to combine ambition for AI with the practical understanding to put it to work. And the training on offer does not close that gap, because it comes in two flavours:

Option 1 / Theory

“AI will change everything”

Inspiring keynote-style awareness. But you walk out with nothing concrete to act on.

Option 2 / Technique

Tool tutorials and how-tos. Useful mechanics, but no strategic judgement about what matters.

I work in the missing middle: you experience what AI can do, then decide what to do about it. I show you how to incorporate AI like a team member.

Who I Work With

Three audiences, one approach

Leadership teams

Boards, executive committees and senior leaders who need to move from scattered opinions about AI to three concrete, prioritised actions. This is the executive session.

Teams of 10 to 15

Professionals who want AI proficiency on their actual work, not another certificate. This is the small group coaching: each participant leaves with two working use cases of their own.

Organisations across Europe

The executive session runs in person in any major European city. The coaching runs online or hybrid, so teams spread across offices join without travel. In English, French and Italian.

What I Offer

Two ways of working together

Executive session

3 hours · In person · For decision-makers
Stefano Piano delivering an executive AI session

Three hours, no slides. We solve a real strategic problem your organisation is facing, live, and you leave with three things worth doing.

  1. A live demonstration, with AI applied to a problem your organisation is grappling with right now.
  2. Case studies of organisations like yours.
  3. Facilitation that moves your leadership team from scattered opinions to three concrete, prioritised actions.

I have run this format for Fortune 100 C-suites and for the project financing division of a global bank.

See me in action at Pycon, a major tech conference with 250+ people in attendance.

Small group coaching

10 hours · Groups of 10 to 15 · Online or hybrid
Stefano Piano coaching a small group

Over ten hours, I accompany a small group to AI proficiency. Each participant develops two use cases from their own work, through a step-by-step curriculum:

  1. The bases of prompting.
  2. Setting up agents and assistants.
  3. An overview of the AI stack.
  4. Bringing everything together in AI workflows.

The cadence adjusts to your team's needs and availability. Cohorts work best when drawn from the same organisation, so use cases and constraints are shared.

Case Study · MUFG

60 senior bankers, project financing, London

A session for the project financing division of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group.

1

Live Copilot demo

We ran Copilot live on the division's own work: the assessment of a wind farm.

2

Reverse prompting

A two-hour exercise in which the bankers used AI to solve a problem that mattered to them.

3

What it means for them

An open conversation on where this could be useful in their work.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

What is leadership AI training, and how is yours different?

Most AI training is either inspiration (a keynote you cannot act on) or instruction (tool tutorials with no judgement about what matters). I work in the missing middle: your team experiences what AI can do, live, on your own work, then decides what to do about it. No slides, no tutorials.

How much does executive AI training cost?

It depends on the format, the team size and the location, so I scope it on a free 30-minute call. The price always includes pre-session consultation, full customisation and follow-up materials. There are no hidden extras.

Do you deliver in person or online?

The executive session is always in person, and I travel to any major European city to run it. The small group coaching runs online or hybrid, adjusted to your team's cadence and availability.

Which languages do you teach in?

English, French and Italian.

Which AI tools does the training cover?

I am tool-agnostic. If your organisation has Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, we work with what you have. An overview of the AI stack is part of the curriculum, so your team understands the landscape beyond any single tool.

What industries do you work with?

Recent work includes a global bank's project financing division, Fortune 100 C-suites, retail and family offices. The format transfers because the material is always your own work, not industry templates.

How many people can attend?

The executive session is designed for a leadership team. The coaching runs in groups of 10 to 15, which is small enough for every participant to build two use cases from their own work.

How long does it take a team to become proficient with AI?

Ten hours of coaching, spread to match your team's cadence, takes a group to working proficiency: the bases of prompting, agents and assistants, the AI stack, and complete AI workflows.

Can you train our team on our own documents and tools?

That is the whole method. The material is always your own work: your documents, your workflows, your decisions, inside the tools your organisation already uses.

What happens after the session?

Every engagement includes pre-session consultation, full customisation and follow-up materials, so the actions your team converged on turn into work that actually happens.
